Emmet Otter, Wendell Porcupine, Harvey Beaver, and Charlie Muskrat formed the Frogtown Hollow Jubilee Jug-Band just days before Waterville's annual Christmas Eve talent show. They traveled all the way to Waterville for the talent show, only to lose to the Riverbottom Nightmare Band. Luckily for the Frogtown Hollow Jubilee Jug-Band, they were offered a permanent gig performing at Waterville's favorite cafe and nightspot, the Riverside Rest.
